The brand's ergonomic multi-panel Vitruvian design is based on male proportions and physiological structure, utilizing laser-cut fabric panels that align to male geometry to ensure the underwear moves with the wearer every step of the way, while eliminating binding and pulling. Features include a seamless seat for rear-end comfort, a contoured front pouch with enhanced package support, and flat-lock stitching for inside comfort.

UnderGents underwear is comfort-sized for men based on waist size, ranging from XS 27-29 to 3XL 47-50, providing freedom of movement with an ultra-soft feel on the body without being overly tight and restrictive.
